*These plans has been created to ensure that all athletes of all abilities have access to the information they need to make the most of their Coast to Coast campaign at an incredibly low cost. It is important to note that other than the resources provided and the Facebook Live Q&A, Sam cannot provide any individualised coaching. This is due to his commitment to his athletes that he coaches full time on his comprehensive training plan.

  • 20 week – Multisport program with a primary focus on running – Intermediate level: $265Includes Strength training – Prepares you for a multisport race and makes running your new strength!
  • 18 Week – Running program – Designed for C2C Goat Pass run stage – Intermediate level:  $239 – Includes Strength training
  • 19 Week – Running program – Designed for a hilly trail run race around 20-28km – Beginner level – $250 – Includes Strength training – Optional cycling cross training available
  • 15 Week – Kayaking program – Designed for C2C kayak stage – Intermediate level: – $199 – Includes Strength training

INDIVIDUAL COACHING -$90 PER WEEK *

Become apart of a small yet quality group focused on performance. Sam will to help you become the best you can be through guidance, experience and up-to-date sport science. 

  • Contact your coach. A standard week: 1X 15-20min phone call per week + contact through text or email

PRIVATE TECHNIQUE SESSIONS FOR KAYAKING & RUNNING 

What it includes: 

Kayaking technique - 50 min Initial session $120

  • 5 min personal video analysis summarising key points from session 
  • Email notes – Personalised for you
  • Basic theory 
  • Kayaking: Seat, footrest and paddle setup – Comfort and optimal power 
  • Kayaking: Dry-land drills 
  • Kayaking: On the water drills 
  • Debrief

Running technique – 50 min Initial session $120

  • 5 min video summarising key points from session
  • Email notes – Personalised for you
  • Basic theory
  • Running: Drills and strength exercises
  • Running: Shoes and accessories inspection
  • Running: Coach and student running side-by-side
  • Debrief

Kayaking Technique : 30min Follow up session $55

  • Email notes – Personalised for you
  • Tuning what you have been working on
  • Practicing new parts of the stroke
  • Kayaking: Dry-land drills 
  • Kayaking: On the water drills 
  • Kayaking: Coach and student paddling side-by-side

Location:

Sessions are typically at Arawa Canoe Club, Christchurch but travel can be arranged to alternative locations e.g. Lake Rua, Lake Hood, RDR etc.

Running sessions are typically at the end of Albert Terrace in Christchurch but travel to other locations can be arranged.

Any travel more than 20km from Hoon Hay, Christchurch incurs a $0.75 per km extra charge
